Definitely, no age limit to learn music.If you love music, immediately contact a good experienced trainer, who will teach you with proper way.

4-5 is perfect. I started when I was 4. But any age is fine. I have students of all age groups. I teach Sitar. Please contact me if interested. Thanks!

At 5+ a child can start with Classical music. Before that the child can do light music and be exposed to classical music by listening to good classical music. Above 6 years is the optimal time I think to get seriously into Classical music.

There is no age limits in terms of learning music.But I think that if you have a goo desire to do that,you should quickly start it at any age.As I started learning Vocal Classical at the age of 4 only.But one may start it at any age.
