At which age should a child start classical vocal music training?

Between 8-10 years. Starting earlier (between 5-7) also is alright - mainly for the child to form discipline towards vocal training and confidence in general.

From 4-5 years because the pronounciation of swar will be very much flexible when they will 9-10yrs And also interested will grow from childhood

at the 4-5 child can start music as they learn good pronunciation and good memory power , as they can sing without any book and notes help and with memorizing the topics
