IdentityI am Kusumitha, a passionate Bharatanatyam classical dancer and tutor, learning this divine art form since childhood. With years of dedicated training, stage performances, and strong practical knowledge in Bharatanatyam basics, expressions, adavus, postures, rhythm, and performance techniques, I aim to guide students in a disciplined yet enjoyable way.
I am also a two-time International Award achiever in Bharatanatyam, which reflects my commitment, consistency, and deep involvement in classical dance. My experience on stage has helped me develop confidence, graceful presentation, proper body alignment, and expressive storytelling — all of which I bring into my teaching.
My classes are specially designed for beginners and children who wish to build a strong foundation in Bharatanatyam with clear step-by-step guidance, patience, and personal attention. I focus on both technical perfection and emotional expression so that students not only learn dance movements but also understand the beauty and spirit of this classical art.
I conduct classes in a friendly and comfortable manner in English, Telugu, or a mixed mode based on the student’s convenience.
