I am K. Madhu Narayana Rao( Anil Kumar), a qualified and experienced Yoga Teacher with 25 years of experience in teaching and practicing yoga. I hold an M.Sc. in Yoga and am a 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance, USA). I am also certified in Food and Nutrition, which helps me provide a more holistic approach to health and wellness.

Over the years, I have worked with students from different age groups and fitness levels, helping them develop flexibility, strength, balance, mobility, relaxation, and overall physical and mental well-being.

My Teaching Approach

My yoga sessions are practical, structured, and suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. I focus on teaching yoga safely and progressively, with attention to proper posture, breathing techniques, flexibility, strengthening, relaxation, and mindfulness.

I conduct online individual and group yoga sessions, making it convenient for students to learn and practice from the comfort of their homes.
