Tejasri B.

I am Bathina Tejasri, a dedicated Kuchipudi artist and teacher with a deep passion for Indian classical dance. I have been actively involved in the dance field for almost six years, and I began learning Kuchipudi at the age of five. I hold a certificate and diploma in Kuchipudi with distinction and have been recognized as a Doordarshan B-Grade artist. I am also a CCRT senior scholarship holder and have received several prestigious recognitions, including the Sathyabhama Award, Naatya Tarangini Award, Naatyasri Award, and Yadadri National Yuva Puraskar, along with many other honors for my contribution and dedication to classical dance. I have had the opportunity to perform in numerous prestigious cultural programs and continue to enhance my artistic skills through performances, training, and advanced studies in dance.

Alongside my performance career, I currently teach Kuchipudi to students through both online and offline classes, helping learners develop their technique, expressions, rhythm, and understanding of the traditional art form. I hold a B.Tech degree in Information Technology and work as a software professional while continuing to pursue my passion for dance. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in dance and aspire to share the rich heritage, beauty, and cultural significance of Kuchipudi with international students and audiences. I am seeking an international opportunity where I can contribute as a Kuchipudi artist and teacher through regular classes, workshops, performances, and cultural programs while promoting and preserving the traditional art form in a global environment.
