Rapeti Dheekshit

I am a graduating B.Tech final-year student pursuing Computer Science Engineering at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technologies (RGUKT), Srikakulam. Our B.Tech program is an integrated six-year course consisting of two years of Pre-University education followed by four years of Engineering.
Our university has highly qualified yoga faculty members, and I have been learning yoga under their guidance for the past six years. I am well trained in the traditional Guru–Shishya parampara, with a strong foundation in Ashtanga Yoga.
In addition to Ashtanga Yoga, I regularly practice and have hands-on experience in Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Kriya Yoga. I am trained in performing all six traditional Shatkriyas. I have also conducted yoga sessions for groups of around 100 students in the absence of faculty members.
Furthermore, I have practical experience in various mudras and meditation techniques, and I actively guide students in maintaining discipline, focus, and holistic well-being through yoga practice.
