I am an educator with around 2 years of teaching experience, working primarily with students from Classes 1 to 5. I teach English, Social Science, and Environmental Studies (EVS), and I have experience working with students from both CBSE and ICSE boards. My focus is on making concepts simple and easy to understand while creating an engaging and comfortable environment where young students can learn with confidence.

I have completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA), which has helped me develop strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. I bring these skills into my teaching to communicate clearly with students, plan lessons effectively, and understand their individual learning needs. My experience with primary school students has also helped me understand the importance of patience, encouragement, and age-appropriate explanations.

My teaching approach is interactive and student-friendly. I prepare a simple lesson plan before each class and introduce topics step by step so that students can understand the concepts comfortably. I avoid making lessons unnecessarily complicated and focus on explaining topics in a way that is appropriate for the student's age and level of understanding. I also encourage students to ask questions and participate actively during classes.

For English, I focus on helping students develop their language fundamentals, comprehension, vocabulary, and ability to express themselves clearly. In Social Science and EVS, I use simple explanations and practical examples to help students understand concepts and relate them to the world around them. I believe that young learners understand subjects better when lessons are connected to familiar situations and presented in an interesting way.

I also include activities, questions, and regular revision as part of my classes. Practice and revision help students retain concepts and become more confident in answering questions independently. I pay attention to how each student responds during the class and identify areas where they may require additional explanation or practice. Based on this, I adjust the pace and teaching method according to the student's learning requirements.

I conduct my classes online and use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to support my teaching. I try to keep my sessions interactive rather than relying only on one-way explanations. I encourage students to participate, share their thoughts, and clarify their doubts. Creating a positive learning environment is important to me because students learn more effectively when they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while learning.

My experience of teaching students from Classes 1 to 5 has been very rewarding. I enjoy interacting with young learners, understanding their individual needs, and seeing their confidence grow as they become more comfortable with their subjects. My goal is to help students build strong academic foundations, develop better understanding and study habits, and approach their learning with greater interest and confidence.
