"Rama ma'am is one of the best teachers I have ever had in my life. She taught me chemistry in a way no one did. She didn't focus on formulae or memorizing things. She made us understand why anything happens. She explained the reasoning behind every reaction and "exception" in both organic and inorganic chemistry. I still remember most of the reactions (I may have forgotten the name, but I can still solve any reaction sequence). Apart from chemistry, ma'am also imparts valuable life skills, and prepares you mentally for the exam and future. "Rama Balaji mam wasn't just any other chemistry teacher. She was passionate about teaching chemistry, and also cared about each and every student, always wondering whether they were grasping the fundamentals and concepts properly. She was good at explaining every concept concisely, but especially her way of teaching organic chemistry instantly clicked with me. In my 1st year of coaching, I was a student who was totally disinterested in chemistry, I remember attempting only 1~2 questions in the chemistry section, unable to solve anything else. But on the first couple of days of listening to her teach, I was immediately hooked. The way she explained the mechanisms of the molecules interacting with each other, the way the bonds formed and deformed, the way the electrons were being exchanged and shared, made me realise how beautiful and complex the domain of atoms and molecules is. I was able to understand every 2nd year concept taught, even though I barely had any knowledge about 1st year chemistry I remember in the beginning when i was stuck on figuring out the mechanism of a reaction, and how she guided me, step by step, until i was able to fully figure it out on my own! She encouraged us to think beyond the textbooks and lectures, giving us real life examples of reactions and the phenomena they cause. This made her lectures feel very informative while simultaneously preparing us for the rigorous and difficult questions which could be asked in the competitive examinations. She had set many relevant question papers for our practise, to help us face JEE mains, Advanced, BITSAT, and other entrance exams, which were very helpful to our preparation because the difficulty and length of questions were chosen well. Thanks to her, I was able to score 99+ percentile in JEE mains, cleared JEE Advanced, and was finally able to secure a seat in my dream college BITS Pilani, Hyderabad campus. My class notes of her lectures, which I still have to this date, were even helpful for me to perform well in one of my college chemistry courses. Overall, she was the best chemistry teacher I could have asked for, and I am very thankful for her guidance. "
