I am a Yoga instructor with 2 years of teaching experience, dedicated to guiding students toward improved physical health, mental balance, and overall well-being. My focus is on helping individuals of different age groups and fitness levels develop a consistent and safe yoga practice that supports their lifestyle and personal goals.

I have completed relevant training and certification in Yoga, which has provided me with a foundational understanding of yogic practices, breathing techniques, and physical postures. This formal training enables me to conduct structured sessions that are aligned with safe and effective yoga principles.

Over the past 2 years, I have been actively training students through both online and offline yoga classes. During this time, I have worked with learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them improve flexibility, strength, posture, and stress management through regular practice.
