In 2015, Software Developer and Coding Sastra founder Varma Bhupatiraju started Visakhapatnam Mobile Apps & JavaScript Developers Meetup, and began scheduling regular monthly meetups for IT enthusiasts & Students. Soon, he noticed a need for in person training that would rapidly help students of Engineering, MCA, IT graduates and IT professionals learn the latest technologies. As a result, developers would become more productive on their jobs and students have better chance of getting hired quickly. After some brainstorming and researching, he himself returned to Vizag from USA and the decision was made to open Coding Sastra, Vizag. In 2018, Coding Sastra has been expanded to Hyderabad.
