During my time as a teacher at Achivers Classes, I had the opportunity to engage with students across a range of academic levels, primarily focusing on Maths. My role involved not just delivering lessons but creating an interactive and supportive learning environment that encouraged curiosity, critical thinking, and active participation. I was responsible for planning curriculum-aligned lessons, assessing student progress through assignments and exams, and offering individualized support where needed. I also organized group activities and classroom discussions to foster collaboration and communication skills among students. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my teaching experience was mentoring students beyond academics—helping them build confidence, improve study habits, and set goals for their future. I regularly communicated with parents and faculty to ensure a holistic support system for every learner. This experience deepened my passion for education and strengthened my skills in classroom management, curriculum development, and student engagement. It also taught me the importance of empathy, adaptability, and lifelong learning—qualities I bring into every teaching role I take on.
