How long should a a 13 year old practice violin?

If the student is going to music school, he/she needs minimum half an hour of practice a day. If the student is attending online classes,,,,minimum 1 hour practice is needed. If he or she shows keen interest in practicing violin let him/her play it for any long.

It depends, I suggest practicing violin for 30-45 mins every day. Practicing every day is the key of success.
