Rohan Gupta

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), where I am honing my skills and knowledge in Electrical Engineering. My education at IIT has not only equipped me with a strong technical foundation but also instilled in me a passion for learning and problem-solving.

Although I do not have formal teaching experience, I believe my academic journey and my ability to connect with others position me well for this role. At IIT, I have had numerous opportunities to collaborate with peers, explain complex concepts, and present my work, which has sharpened my communication skills and ability to convey information effectively.

One of my key strengths is my ability to relate to students and understand their perspectives. I recognize that the learning process can be challenging, and I strive to make complex subjects more approachable and engaging. My approach is rooted in empathy and a genuine desire to see others succeed. By focusing on building rapport and understanding individual learning styles, I am confident in my ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Additionally, my experiences in project work, group studies, and extracurricular activities have honed my leadership and organizational skills, which are crucial in a teaching setting. I am excited about the opportunity to leverage my academic background and personal qualities to contribute positively to the educational experience of students.
