This is Dr Sanjeev Shrivastava, Principal, Raipur Institute of Technology, Raipur. It feels great to put up a review for the untiring efforts of Mrs Garima Khaitan and her team. We had invited them to train our students on various aspects listed below against preparing them for the campus recruitments. The various areas they undertook the training are : 1. Behavioral Training Classes 2. Communication Skills Training 3. Interview Skills Training 4. Soft Skills Training Classes 5. Resume Writing Training 6. Personality Development Training Classes 7. Spoken English Classes 8. Campus Placement Training To my surprise and heartfelt appreciation to the team, the results were out of my expectation and was a great wonder for the management as well. They trained a total of 3500 pre final year and final year students, out of which 3357 students cracked the campus placements getting job offers in top notch companies with lucrative packages. Their efforts really paid bringing name, fame , glory and laurels for our institution. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Mrs Garima Kaitan and her team. We would also like to invite her along with her team again from January 2021, in case things gets normalized after this corona pandemic. A great hat's off to you ma'am along with your team for the great show. Hoping for a long association with our institution in the prime interest of the next generation budding future engineers.
