Bathula Santosh Raghava

I teach Spoken English, IPMAT exam preparation, Verbal Aptitude, and English to students of Classes 9 and 10. I have 11 years of teaching experience and have worked with students from different age groups and learning levels. My focus is on building strong conceptual understanding, improving communication skills, and helping students work towards their academic and competitive-exam goals.

I believe that effective English learning involves both understanding and practical application. For students learning Spoken English, I focus on helping them communicate more confidently and participate actively. For academic and competitive-exam preparation, I focus on concepts, practice, and developing the skills required to approach different types of questions.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree (M.A.) and am also pursuing a TEFL certification to further strengthen my expertise in English language teaching. These academic and professional pursuits support my continued development as a teacher.

My 11 years in teaching have been a very rewarding experience. During this time, I have worked with students with different learning needs and have enjoyed helping them improve their skills and confidence. I believe that understanding a student’s requirements is an important part of creating an effective learning experience.

I have received recognitions for my contribution to teaching, including the Cashback Award and the Best Teacher Award. These recognitions have motivated me to continue improving my teaching methods and providing a positive learning experience for my students.

My teaching methodology is interactive and student-centered. I encourage students to participate through discussions, questions, activities, and practical examples. I adapt my teaching according to the student’s learning level and requirements and focus on creating a comfortable environment where students can understand concepts and communicate confidently.

I conduct classes both online and offline and use PPT and a whiteboard to support my lessons. My goal is to help students improve their communication and academic skills while developing confidence in their abilities. Whether the student is preparing for an examination or working on English communication, I aim to provide structured, practical, and engaging guidance.
