I am a B.Com Graduate with B.Ed, CA- Intermediate and I also hold CAE and TKT from Cambridge ESOL. I started off teaching as a freelance teacher essentially helping the students with their preparation for exams who were already working in BPOs. I had successfully tutored 5 students helping clear their B.Com exams with in a short span of three to four months.

One of the students rather frankly commented that I teach like a school teacher, which made me think a while and made a switch of career to teaching full time after completing my B.Ed at Tilak Maharashtra Vidya Peeth, Pune in 2007. On Completion of B.Ed with First Class, I have taught at various levels Primary ( Grade 5 - Social Studies) Grade 6 - 8 (English and Math), Grade 6 to Grade 10 ( Math for IGCSE Check Point and Secondary Curriculum), Grade 11 -12 (NIOS - English and Accountancy) and Grade 11 ( Secretarial Practice for Gujarat Board Students).



My approach to teaching is more student centric, understanding their needs and their learning styles and complementing the same. i can confidently say that I can bring about better connections between the various subjects and disciplines which not only makes learning more interesting but also makes things easy to remember.

My strengths in Teaching

An integrated approach to teaching with strong emphasis on learning with understanding and making connections between the various disciplines and with real world applications.

School Level - ( Middle School or Secondary Level ) Math, English, Sanskrit and Social Studies.

Higher Secondary Level ( 10 + 2 ) : Commerce, Business Studies, Accountancy

B.Com : Accountancy, Costing, Auditing, Business Management and Administration.

My 2 year stint with Sharp Publications in Pune as an Author writing Study Notes for B.Com, M.Com, BBA courses of Pune University keeps me in good stead and I consider myself an eternal and enthusiastic learner.

I strongly believe in continuous upgrading of my own skills by undertaking online courses like Coursera, Edx etc platfoems. I have successfully completed courses on Accounting, Financial Markets, Origins of Universe and Our Planet from Coursera.
