I would suggest read many books, watch Hollywood movies, you can start a diary entry regularly (it helps a lot if you are including the new words that you are learning every day). Most important is speaking practice you are already doing with your friends, try to talk with new people, maybe with your teachers or professor or colleagues. Don't hesitate and be confident.
