I have been actively involved in teaching and mentoring students since my postgraduate days. During my M.Tech at IIT Kharagpur, I had the opportunity to assist professors as a Teaching Assistant (TA), where I guided undergraduate students in subjects like Structural Analysis, Strength of Materials, and Engineering Mechanics. I also conduct one-on-one and group sessions, both offline and online, depending on the student’s needs. My teaching approach is concept-driven. I believe in clearing the fundamentals first before moving into problem-solving. I regularly use real-world examples to make abstract concepts more relatable, especially in engineering subjects. I also encourage regular assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and provide study materials and practice sets tailored to each student’s level and pace. Over the years, many of my students have performed well in board exams, competitive tests, and university semesters, and some have gone on to secure seats in reputed engineering colleges.
