first thing ,Read newspaper for vocabulary and try talking in English.It is not stylish thing,Dont feel bad,it is way of communication.Thats it .You need to communicate with each other,Start practising in English atleast make a few sentences of your own
Read many novels and magazines more to get better English as well as confidence level increases.

hi everyone,First of all listen to anyone talking,keep listening the thoughts,or any English speech and second thing, Practice .Like proverb says "Practice makes man's perfect".
It means you need to listen and to implement the same.For grammar learn basic like tenses,adverb,prepositions firstand make a simple sentence of your own and kindly share to your thoughts or ideas to your friends or elders in English , a way of communication.
