Why does CSAT paper have English passage questions in Hindi? How will it assess English of aspirants, as they can evade English & go for Hindi?

CSAT is not about accessing english proficiency of aspirants, its a test to access the mental ability of aspirants... so english or hindi ..language doesn't matter... moreover many aspirants from backward regions are not good in english so conducting the exam in english will create more difficulties...

Well you have come up with a good question but as you know that CSAT is just a qualifying paper and it doesn't assess English specifically. During Mains, all student come under one roof. UPSC has designed this exam very beautifully ans assess each and every thing step by step.

Well, the question paper is itself bilingual i.e. it is printed in both the languages like a general subject paper of CBSE.

Dear Aspirant It is the aptitude that they have to judge and moreover the paper is just qualifying, rest if you are sure to clear the qualifying marks then you may leave it.
