Are 15 months enough for UPSC CSE if started from scratch?

Hello Santosini,I think 15 months is more than enough time for upsc preparation.Make sure that your basics are good enough also preparation should be mains oriented.Practice answer writing as much as you can.Make a study schedule and follow it.I hope you get your answer.Thank you.
