Muruli - I am in teaching from last 5 years

I am Muruli, a teacher of Mathematics and Kannada for students from Class 1 to Class 5. I have around two years of teaching experience and enjoy working with young learners to help them understand concepts in a simple, clear, and comfortable way. My focus is on creating a positive learning environment where children can ask questions and gradually become more confident in their studies.

I have completed my Master of Engineering / Master of Technology (M.E./M.Tech.) from the University of Mysore in 1992. My postgraduate education has helped me develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which I apply particularly while teaching Mathematics.

My teaching experience has been a rewarding one because I enjoy interacting with students and helping them overcome difficulties with their subjects. At the primary level, I believe that concepts should be introduced in a way that children can understand easily. I therefore avoid making lessons unnecessarily complicated and focus on clear explanations and regular interaction.

I use an interactive teaching approach and encourage students to participate actively in the class. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions whenever they are unsure about a topic. This allows me to understand their difficulties and provide explanations that match their learning level.

For Mathematics, I focus on helping students develop their basic concepts and problem-solving abilities. I believe strong fundamentals are particularly important during the early years of education because they provide the foundation for understanding more advanced topics later.

I also teach Kannada and aim to make the subject accessible and engaging for young learners. I adjust my explanations and teaching pace according to the student's understanding and encourage them to participate throughout the session.

I conduct my classes online and use a whiteboard to support explanations and make lessons more interactive. My goal is to help students from Class 1 to Class 5 understand Mathematics and Kannada clearly, develop confidence in their abilities, and develop a positive and active approach towards learning.
