It is very good as in my class every student participates in the conversation. My approach to teaching is discussion based, not just teach and leave. My classes are always engaging. Sometimes it's hard to handle notorious students, but it's the most fun part of the class as, to handle such situations, I give them a small activity or a topic of group discussion on the topic they have studied or a topic coming up. That way they indulge their notorious mind in a useful way which helps them to learn in a style.

The curriculum of Class 12 seems easy but is tricky to the students. Each and every concept has to be related to student's life so that they can understand and retain the topic for long. Multiple examples are best for the students. I teach students in the way they can understand the topic the best. Also, I relate every topic with the current economic affairs so that they not only get bookish content but also expand their mental horizon to think beyond books.
