"I am doing yoga with Shweta ji and Siddharth ji for last 4 years. I reduced 14 kgs in just a period one year. When i joined I was suffering from depression and lots of negative thoughts but now situation is totally changed,now a days i feel myself full of energy, and very positive in myself. Before joining i was taking thyronorm tablet of 100 mg but now it it only 50 mg. Now i feel addicted to yoga and when i don't go for few days i feel something incomplete in my daily life routine. I think his is the best yoga centre in udaipir. Teachers are very experienced, humble, strict and always encourages to go for advance training. Doing Astanga yoga was totally a different experience here and my body is completely transformed. "
