I completed my Master’s degree in Yoga (MA Yoga) in 2023, which deeply enriched my understanding of yoga philosophy, therapeutic techniques, and the science behind this ancient practice. Since then, I have been actively teaching yoga and conducting personal one-on-one classes, building meaningful connections with my students and helping them embark on their journey of holistic well-being.

Over the past year, I have gained valuable teaching experience, focusing on creating tailored routines that address the unique needs of each student. Whether it's improving flexibility, building physical strength, managing stress, or deepening meditation, I ensure that every session aligns with the goals of the individual.
