Strategy To identify clear broader goals that advance the overall organization and organize resources. Tactics To utilize specific resources to achieve sub-goals that support the defined mission.

Strategy is planned approach towards a problem, like attacking enemy we will go with a strategy or plan. Tactics is where on the spot we will illuminate our brain, for idea based on the demand of the situation.

Strategy has a long term perspective; tactic, short term. Thus, a strategic plan for an organisation looks at three-year projection whereas a tactical plan is of a day-to-day nature, or just for the year ahead.

Asked this before but can't find the link to it. So how many teachers employ caning as a punishment method? I have read both pros and cons to it. Curious about your take on it.
Still many teaches do. But I am against it. It instills fears in mind of students rather than disciplining them.
