MODULATION is when you change your pitch of voice and tone to emphasize on key words during a conversation. A playback singer modulates his voice to suit the song being enacted on the screen.

All the definations given below are quite self explanatory, still We can Understand Concept of modulation by an simple eg. of bike rider. U can treat urself as signal and ur bike as a carrier wave . When u need to go nearby place by u go by urself u dont need a vehicle, but if u want to go to a far distance(increase ur range) u need a vehicle on which u can sit and easily go, witout losing much of ur energy. read less
