Simply it means that there is reduction in 10%of total tution fees what you need to pay

They’ll reduce 10% of your tuition fee and you’ll have to pay the rest 90% of it.iFor example,if the tution fees is Rs 1000,then final payment to be made by you will be Rs 900.
