I just find in my personal experience and from the students I met, there is no limit in the potential the students possess, in order to give their best to get trained, or getting more educated! Learning the skills of course comes with experience and applying more practically. Most of the students gets demotivated, with the teaching or the coaching provided by their institution. Though the amount of time they spend in the classes are really more, the time they could really concentrate to learn more is lesser. Sometimes, the teaching is not that skilled in producing it from the teacher of what he or she wants to explain. Some times, it happens that the teacher do not know the concepts. The following questions many times seen unanswered. How do these could be accounted for proper education, teaching and learning? How do the quality of education increase ? How the students gets the encouragement to really do what they want to do? How do they reduce stress and lessen the struggle to deal education and schooling as like as an enjoyable sport ? Appreciate your comment and cross talks if any, in order to help students get what they want. To make it to learn easy with a passion, increasing their success rates with what they learn for making a living for their life /career.

Always motivate students with the stories of our greats in history like subhash Chandra bosh maharana pratap etc rather with the film stars. Set the time table according to students not yours.. Even if they want a day off why not. Play with them get into their minds
