First start watching English news in any channel you like. You choose an English Channel and watch a reality show and serials or even movies.you have to do like this daily for one hour.listening and speaking without hesitation will help you. Then try to speak with your friends and others.????

speak at least for 10-15 minutes in front of mirror. when you're confident enough i don't think there should be any hesitation.try talking to your close ones in english and gradually you'l overcome your weakness.
