Prepare a timetable and stick to it.
Let's say you have 5 subjects and 6 days in a week dedicated for tutitions.
U can divide it on alternative days like
3 Subjects MWF(Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
2 Subjects TTS( Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)
This way you will have one day for resting and revision purposes.
This is just one example you can use your own timetable whichever suits your needs and requirement. Every person or student have their own requirements.

Hey Archana, I know this is pretty hard and energy draining. I have been there, just try to take theoritical subject classes first and then may be go for mathematics, physics classes, you know the practical one. As they are pretty exciting subjects to teach even with low energy. Let me know if this helps :)
