You know how to do square of those numbers which unit place is 5 within second?

Let number is 65.

step1. First Write 25 as - 25

step 2. Now take tens place no. = 6

Increment 1 on this number=7

Multiply both then you got= 42

Now you got 4225

Hence, square of 65 is 4225.
