Full Stack consists of 3 categories.
1. Front End Technologies like HTML5, CSS 3, JavaScript (Angular JS / React JS / jQuery / Vue / Plain Java Script) etc..
2. Middleware Technologies like Node JS, Java Spring / Hibernate / Dot NET / PHP etc..
3. Backend Technologies like MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle etc..
To become a fullstack developer you can choose any technology from each category above.
Since you have mentioned for Full Stack JS Developer, you need to choose the popular in market or as per your project requirement. i.e Angular / React JS, Node JS, MongoDB (in case of noSQL) or MySQL.

The only thing I feel bad about Stack Overflow if that it's not very friendly to newbies. Most of the newly joined developers or users, do not read through the extensive guidelines put forward to ask and answer questions and because of that, some people may create low quality posts.
This in turn makes other established users to down vote the answers, thus making it kinda unfriendly to newbies. Other than that, if the newly joined users go through some good posts on how to write and then try, I believe it's going to be the best place.

Javascript is as desirable as Java or Python, if not more. It is one of the most popular technologies out there.
JS is 25 years old, and it is still popular and evolving. You can use JS on the browsers, on the servers, and even you can build blockchains on it. JS can be used for Object-Oriented Programming as well as Functional Programming [Check it out]. No Language comes close to the usability and scope which JS provides today.
Hope this helps, Thank You.

Techie who loves to code in Javascript, Node, React & Angular.
First question, why you want to learn both React and Angular at the same time?
The purpose they both serve is same, so you should concentrate on anyone and then you can learn another one.
Even if both serve the same purpose, the flow of both is a bit different, If you start learning both at the same time you will be more confused and you will end up learning none.
I learned React JS first and worked on it for at least a 1 year and got hands-on it, then I started learning Angular and now getting hands-on on it.
It was very easy for me to learn the Angular JS as I was already familiar with React JS and the terminologies and building blocks of the React library.
So start learning one, do at least a single medium scaled project and then proceed further learning another one.

To learn angular u should be aware of html css js php ts... after this u can go for the angular and its very easy to learn also... and better to have a knoweledge of core python... but without python u can learn the angular and without angular u can learn the python... if u learn the angular u can become a UI designer and if u learn the python u can be a python developer.... as of now both are trending in market.
