Hello there!!
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a three-year undergraduate degree program. It gives young graduates many career options after BBA to choose from and to specialise in any area of their interest like international business, finance, real state, computer information systems, marketing, accounting, human resources, etc.; It is to be done after your (10+2) level.
It is often thought that MBA is the only option after BBA, but there is a wide range of career options other than MBA, and it all starts from where you want to see yourself in the future or what your interest is!
So when you ask the question if it is good or not, I think it entirely depends on what you want from it or what you are looking for. I can give you a little detail of what you will learn during BBA-
Different BBA subjects in the curriculum: Business Mathematics, Principles of Microeconomics, Principles of Financial Accounting, Company Accounts, Business Statistics, Taxation, Business Law, Strategic Management, Marketing Management. It teaches basics of all the functions of a business like marketing, finance, HR, management, etc. to manage all aspects of a business successfully. So if you are interested to learn these topics or work in, you can take BBA. And if you are wondering what after BBA?, then here are some career options after BBA/ jobs that you can explore:
- MBA-Of course the MBA! It is the best masters degree to take up after the completion of BBA. It is especially crucial for people who are interested in managing their own business/start-up, or in taking up their family business to have work experience before going for an MBA.
1. You can give MBA entrance exams like CAT, MAT, GMAT, XAT, GRE.
2. Work experience also increases your chances of getting accepted to the MBA program of your choice.
3. Also make sure to learn about language exams like TOEFL, PTE, IELTS, etc. which will be required if you are looking for an MBA abroad.
- CA (Chartered Accountant)-You can undoubtedly opt for this if you’re interested in accounts, law and economics. It takes about five years to finish this entire course and has an age limit of up to 50 years. It includes subjects like Fundamentals of accounting, Quantitative aptitude, Mercantile Law, General Economics, General English & Business Communication.
- Government Jobs - SSC, Bank PO or Indian Railways- Now who doesn’t want a government job! It has many perks and benefits, good salary, job security, medical and retirement benefits and many more.
1. Bank PO (Probationary Officer) is an assistant manager of Scale I in the bank; also known as Scale, I officer. To secure this job, you must clear the Bank Exams through various public-sector banks across India like SBI PO, CWE, Canara Bank PO, IBPS PO, etc.
2. Railways: If you want to go for Railways, you have to clear Railways Recruitment Board(RRB) exams like Railway Officers Examination.
- Start-Up / Entrepreneurship-The trend these days! And why not, I think having an idea and the strength to implement it is not everyone’s cup of tea! So if you have the potential and enthusiasm, do go for it. Please work somewhere before starting your own business as it will give you some real experience.
- Law-LL.B. or Bachelor in Law is a three-year graduate-level course which students can pursue after their undergraduate in any discipline. Hence, graduates in Business Administration can also opt for LLB course after BBA.
- Hotel Management-If you are looking for a hotel management career after BBA, you can opt for a PG Diploma or a Masters level programme in Hotel Management like MHM (Masters in Hotel Management).
- Teaching-You can open up your institution. You can work as a teacher at a school/college by clearing exams like CTET or by getting a B.Ed. Degree.
- Work in Foreign Embassies-An often ignored career after BBA for those who like to be exposed to other cultures is to work at foreign embassies. Several foreign embassies require students with a management degree. All you need is to learn a foreign language and go to work in the embassy of your choice.
I hope the information helps you!
 All the best!

Timely and proper education consultation and career counselling can help an individual in many ways. Some key advantages are as below:

1. Self-awareness: When you consult an expert, the discussion leads to improved awareness about your purpose, desires, strengths and liking etc.

2. Broadened awareness of options: An expert would be typically aware of much broader options, not only in your chosen field but also in relevant other options. This just opens multiple new doors for opportunities.

3. Market trends: Again, experts are aware of the current and future market trends related to a choice of study, its application, and respective future job or earning potential.

4. Unbiased strengths mapping: An expert can also play the role of an unbiased assessor to understand your present strengths, skills and weigh them to assess if they would be a good match for you to follow. We tend to go with our friends and families advise, which at times can be clouded by their perceptions about you. But a 3rd person's viewpoint can bring in more clarity and confidence in your overall decision-making process.

5. Structured planning: A counsellor can act as a ready reckoner of information related to courses, skills, colleges, costs and even combinations of studies. You can then develop a short to a long-term plan to follow.

6. Savings in time and money: Most students and young professionals end up following the herd - either their friends, classmates or at times the direction from their parents. Many a time, they either become less or at times completely uninterested in their selected courses. I have examples where someone who was good in math, ended up taking MBBS as the course of study, because both the parents were doctors. It was sad to note her interest in Data Analytics and statistics was completely not considered. After wasting 2 years, a lot of money and a lot of social embarrassment, she has now changed her field of study. The main outcome is that she is happy and already on a path to accelerated success.

7. Accelerated Success: The last point will be well understood by an analogy. We all use Google Maps while driving, at times, even when we know the route. Why? Well, one of the advantages is to ensure that the route is still available and not closed for any repair works, or VIP movement etc., the other is to deal with the real-time traffic situation. We know that we can rely on Google Maps will immediately give us options of alternate routes, if our chosen route is not valid or make us late. Consulting an expert gives you the same power of choices, reliability and real-time direction so that you can reach your goals faster.

This space and time are limited to cover many other aspects. Happy to answer any specific concern or inhibition.

All the best!

Yes, you can very well go to Canada as a Student initially for a minimum of upto 2 years & then getting a job may be little easier. What you need to know is the Cost involved and assurity of returns via an interesting career of your choice. Currently lot of students are prefering to go to Canada as USA has become quite alert about H1B but beware if you truly see the student intake in Canada V/s Jobs available with a realtively low population, the situation does not look very promising.

If you are between 18 - 30, open to or interested to be a true global citizen of the future Japan is highly promising place to be. With minimum qualification of HSC Pass or any higher degree one can find excellent careers via Japan just by being a Language Student in Japan for 2 years at a very low cost with very well paid Part Time Work.
