Dear Shilpi WeDO NOT need to learn for TOEFL. English is a foreign language for most of us. Even the christians and jews who consider English as their mother tongue are incorrect in considering English as their language. When we go to a foreign country, English is considered as an internationally spoken language and one should have ample command on the language that is spoken in that land where one wants to go. Thus, we have the IELTS and TOEFL (Testing of English as a Foreign Language). It is just a test. You DO NOT need to learn for it. Just give the test and clear it. Clearing it ensures that you know the language fair enough to comprehend, speak and write. read less
