When in the process of admission do TOEFL scores need to be sent to universities?

When you apply to the University and fill the form. After that and before the application deadline you are required to send Official Test Scores to the University. Sometimes after the deadline also it's accepted but I suggest not to take any chance. Hope that clears your doubt.
