There’s a huge range here: some schools/colleges require a score as low as 70 points, and others as high as 110. From a practical standpoint, the score required by the school you’re interested in should be considered a “good” score.

80+ is considered a good score.

It depends on the University, course, as each university has it's own unique admission criteria. But on the whole 80-110 is the best score. Where as for some the best universities, 90+ is essential. So it is advisable to score more than 90 in TOEFL.
