What is the difference between the TOEFL and the IELTS preparation?

I have six years of teaching experience in Mathematics and Science at the higher education level.

the IELTS Speaking test is done with an examiner either face-to-face or on a video . TOEFL and IELTS assess the same skills, i.e. listening, reading, writing and speaking.

Professional with 30 years experience in Well Known Corporates and Top Education Institutes.

Both tets consists of 4 sections that test the most important aspects of language. Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading. The TOEFL , however is entirely multiple choice, while the IELTS has a mix of short answers and essay questions.
