Can I look at questions on the TOEFL Listening section while I am listening to the audio or the questions are appearing after the audio is completed?

Dear Pradeep, You have to read the questions, keep it in mind and listen to the audio. You are allowed to read and re-read the question while the audio plays. But remember, you can read and listen at the same time but you need to concentrate on the answers you need to write
