Hello, Experience in HR- Generalist profile but not a post graduate. I've done my Engineering in Computers. Since i can relocate and limited opportunities in Hubli I was thinking of Start up. Have outlined some ideas (which will fetch some good money) with R/D that i've done but nothing concrete. Looking forward for your inputs.

That is not necessary go for SAP MM Certification. Most of candidates are working and getting good salary package without certification. Basically you have to start your training.

If you think you are strong in finance and costing, I would suggest you a SAP FICO course which is definitely always in demand. if you have an experience as a end user on SAP PLM / Documentation etc, even a course on SAP PLM DMS should be good.
