Basil

I am Basil from India, a dedicated and passionate Mathematics tutor with a strong background in problem-solving and analytical thinking. Alongside teaching, I currently work as a Software Developer, which enables me to bring a logical, structured, and practical approach to mathematics education.

I specialize in Algebra and Calculus, and I am capable of teaching students across various academic levels — from strengthening foundational concepts to advanced problem-solving and competitive examination preparation, including JEE-level Mathematics. Having personally prepared for JEE examinations, I possess strong conceptual clarity and familiarity with a wide range of advanced mathematical techniques and strategies.

With teaching experience of around 6 months, I have successfully mentored high school students and helped them improve their academic performance significantly, including guiding Grade 10 students to achieve A+ results in Mathematics.

Coming from a family of educators, with my mother being a mathematician and my father a professor, I developed a natural passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students build confidence in learning.

My Teaching Methodology:
- Concept-oriented teaching with step-by-step explanations
- Strong emphasis on logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Personalized teaching strategies based on the student’s learning pace and requirements
- Use of reputed reference materials and practice resources
- Focus on building strong fundamentals along with exam-oriented preparation

Mode of Classes:
- Online sessions conducted through Google Meet

- Flexible and student-friendly teaching environment
- Customized lesson plans and doubt-clearing sessions based on individual learning needs

I am committed to making Mathematics simple, engaging, and approachable for every student while providing high-quality guidance in a supportive and professional learning environment at an affordable fee structure.
