Serving as a Certified Yoga Trainer (Yoga Prashikshak) at Vivekananda Kendra, Tirupati branch, I design and lead holistic yoga and meditation sessions rooted in Indian spiritual traditions and the teachings of Swami Vivekananda. My role involves:

· Conducting daily and special-session yoga classes for diverse age groups, integrating physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditative practices.

· Developing culturally resonant curriculum that transitions students from explicit instruction to intuitive and embodied wisdom.

· Organising youth engagement programs, spiritual workshops, and festival-based activities aligned with the centre’s mission.

· Translating complex yogic and spiritual concepts into accessible formats in Telugu and English for broader community outreach.

· Collaborating with fellow trainers and volunteers to promote values of seva (service), self-discipline, and spiritual growth.
