I am Mahalakshmi, a passionate and dedicated Fitness Trainer and Personal Coach with 4 years of professional experience in personal training and women's fitness. I have completed my B.A. and MBA in Business Management. Throughout my career, I have successfully guided and motivated clients to achieve their fitness goals through customized workout plans, proper fitness guidance, and continuous support.

I have helped more than 100 clients achieve successful weight loss and improve their overall health, fitness, and confidence. My expertise includes weight loss training, strength training, fitness assessment, body transformation programs, client motivation, and personalized coaching.

I have worked at Unicorn Women's Fitness Gym, Tirunelveli, where I gained valuable experience in training women of different fitness levels. My goal is to create a positive and motivating environment that helps clients stay consistent and achieve sustainable results.
