IdentityI am practitioner of meditation since 2002 and have undergone various meditation classes from several live masters. I believe that yoga & meditation must be practiced in an integrated manner to relive the stress of body & mind that we go on accumulating since. I specially focus on the age group from 14-21 (Teenagers) whose body will see a transformation from a kid to adolescent at the beginning of blast of their sexual energies at their teen age.
It is important that we must channelize the sex energies of such individuals to a higher level of transformation by making them practice yoga & meditation at right time if not will spoil easily by the modern times & technology we live now.
As a result the health of the body & mind will be enhanced and by regular practice the individual will turn into a joyous being in this world.
