I am a Commerce and Management educator with 15 years of experience in teaching and academic training. I specialize in Class 12 CBSE subjects including Accountancy, Business Studies, Business Communication, Commerce, and Management. My focus is on building strong conceptual clarity and helping students perform confidently in board examinations as well as higher education.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, handling a wide range of Commerce and Management subjects. My teaching journey has been driven by a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success through structured and concept-based learning.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com.) and Business Administration (MBA). In addition, I have completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) and a Ph.D. in Commerce. My strong academic background supports my ability to teach advanced concepts with clarity and depth.

I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the PG Department of Commerce (CA) at St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. I have over 13 years of experience teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, guiding students in both theoretical and practical aspects of Commerce and Management.

My areas of specialization include Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Entrepreneurship Development, Marketing, Managerial Skills, TallyPrime, and Digital Marketing. I aim to connect academic concepts with real-world applications so that students gain practical understanding along with theoretical knowledge.

I have also published and presented several research papers at regional, national, and international levels. I am the author of four books in the fields of Digital Marketing, Strategy, and Cost and Management Accounting. Alongside academics, I actively conduct motivational sessions, workshops, and training programs for students and youth, and have been invited as a resource person by various institutions and organizations.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and concept-driven. I follow a well-planned lesson approach that focuses on clarity, real-life examples, regular assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions. I conduct online classes using PPTs and a whiteboard to ensure effective and engaging learning outcomes for students.
