There is no need of 100% Grammar pattern for Communication. We never speak with grammar in our Monther Tongue. It is very easy to speak simple English fluently. Take Some simple conversation modules and practice with your friends, family members, and neighbours. When you speak you should have confidence and boldnes. Abolish your shyness and hesitation and don't bother about your mistakes. English is easy to speak if you have interest on it. Have a great time.
