Namaste, I’m Abirami — a certified Yoga Instructor specialised in Surya Namaskar, beginner yoga, and women’s wellness.

I teach in Tamil + English, and my classes are designed for women who wish to start yoga gently and safely. My teaching style is calm, spiritual, and easy to follow, with a focus on breath, alignment, and inner grounding.
