IdentityI am a yoga teacher with many years of teaching experience, working with individuals across different age groups. My approach is gentle, structured, and awareness-based, making yoga accessible and safe for beginners as well as seniors.
Alongside yoga, I am trained as a neuroelectrophysiologist and therapist, with a strong understanding of the nervous system, stress responses, and mind–body regulation. This allows me to design sessions that support not only physical flexibility and strength, but also mental calmness, emotional balance, and long-term well-being.
My classes integrate:

Breathing practices for regulation and calm
Relaxation and awareness techniques
Simple therapeutic exercises suited to modern lifestyles
I emphasize safety, consistency, and inner balance over force or performance. My teaching is inspired by Vedantic clarity and the Bhagavad Gita, expressed practically through attention, responsibility, and balance—without imposing philosophy.
My aim is to help students build a sustainable yoga practice that supports health, clarity, and stability in daily life.
