More than a decade of dedicated participation as a Yoga Practioners, Instructor, Scholar, and Researcher of Yoga. Her enthusiastic voyage through various traditions in yoga has always inspired students and yoga professionals.

As a Research Scholar she is currently involved therapeutic and personalized approach in yoga. Organized various social and individual sessions of psychological and medical workshops on Yoga for public health.
