He has over 10 years experience at business development and senior management level with BP, Wilco Ship Management, Tesco, Jacob Fleming, KGL etc and brings hands on knowledge of how to grow volume and profit through strategic management techniques. Due to his varied work experience all around the world, his training approach is practical and based on real life examples, and involves delegates in case studies and role play which can be instantly translated into their true environment.

George Thomas holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Kerala University, Masters Degree in Marine Engineering from Cochin Shipyard and an MBA from Middlesex University, UK. Prior to starting his management career, he was a Chief Marine Engineer. A prolific speaker, debater and a national level basketball player, George has also accumulated a number of diplomas and certificates including, Diploma in Complimentary health, Diploma in Ayurvedic Treatment, Diploma in Retail Management , Grid Leadership Certificate and ISO 9001-2000 certificate.
